This layout

  • Four columns of 4:5 portrait frames, filled
  • Your own caption: "Ref {folder}-{n}"
  • A new section for each class folder (unlock)
  • Edit the title to add the order deadline

Put each class in its own folder and drop the folder that holds them all. Each photo gets a reference built from its folder and number, which parents can write on the order form. Change the caption text to suit your system, for example {name} if your files are already named with order codes.

Starting a new section for each folder, and sheets of more than 36 photos, are part of the one-time unlock. No photo is uploaded at any point, which keeps children's photos off other people's servers.

How it works

Three frames, one sheet

  1. 1 ▸1A

    Drop the photos

Files, a whole folder or a ZIP, from a camera card, a phone or a scanner. Hundreds are fine.

  2. 2 ▸2A

    Set the sheet

Paper, columns, captions from each photo's EXIF, light or film style. The first page updates as you go.

  3. 3 ▸3A

    Download the PDF

Sharp thumbnails at 300 ppi and searchable captions, ready to print, email or file with the negatives.

One-time unlock

For the whole shoot

Sheets of up to 36 photos, every layout option and PDF, PNG and JPEG downloads are free and stay free. The unlock is for big sets and regular use.

  • Unlimited photos per sheet: a whole wedding, a school, a year of scans.
  • No credit line at the foot of the page.
  • Saved layouts in this browser, one click to reuse.
  • A section per folder: drop a folder of folders or a ZIP, and each sub-folder starts a new page with its own heading.
  • CSV of every frame: number, filename, folder, date taken, camera, lens and exposure.
