Refunds

Ask within 14 days of the payment and the whole $14.99 comes back. You do not have to explain why.

How it works

• Write to support@contactsheets.app within 14 days of the charge, from any address, and say which payment it was.
• The full $14.99 is refunded to the card that paid it, and the licence is at an end. Refunds go back through Stripe and usually land within 5–10 working days.
• If the page is unavailable for more than 48 hours because of something on our side, the same refund is available to you whether or not the 14 days have passed.

Why we can be this relaxed about it

Nothing you have made depends on us: the pictures you converted are on your own machine and stay there, and the tool works without an account, so a refund costs you nothing but the email. There are no files of yours here to hand back.

Card problems

A payment that fails is simply not taken — the checkout tells you, and nothing starts. If a card was charged twice, write to support@contactsheets.app and the duplicate is returned in full.
